Typically these managers are responsible and accountable for financial performance, sales, new business, profitability, value added services, customer satisfaction, HR and training for a country, region, section or department.
The objective of the Management Quadrant is to provide a practical tool that prioritizes activities in your management scope. Activities and objectives are divided into activities that require high personal attention and involvement, activities that can be delegated, activities that need standard attention. Additionally a section is dedicated to measurable targets like customer satisfaction, profitability, revenue, and how to influence these. The Quadrant can be made applicable for a business or budget year and is flexible.
In 10 sessions we will fill the Quadrant with the targets, and the related focus areas and attention. It will help you to better balance your management focus and improve your management competence.
